Online French hands-on cooking classes

  

I am offering hands-on cooking classes (in English or in French) of around 1h30 to prepare a French traditional main course, ready to eat, on the day. It is then a class made in real-time on TEAMS, where you would mirror me in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Once you have signed in for a class, I will send you the list of ingredients and equipment needed. The idea of this class is also to guide you with alternative ingredients or equipment that you might miss in your kitchen.

We can decide together on the main course. Here are suggestions of vegetarian recipes: a true Nicoise salad (without anchovies for the vegetarian), cheese souffle, pain Bagnat ( again with no anchovies for the vegetarian), tomato and tapenade tart, veggies terrine, beetroot soup, Provencal tart, brinjal tiaan, ratatouille, etc

Here are a few other suggestions: fish gratin, tuna tartare, ratatouille, almond and pesto crusted fish, pork cari from French Réunion Island, chicken poached in spices, lamb stew from Provence, chicken cooked in a parcel, roast pork with ginger and dry apricots, chicken Vallee d Auge, alouettes sans tete (beef), chicken in a pot, etc.
